Sarah McIlwain

Sarah McIlwain is a design leader who is driven by a healthy obsession to improve the way product teams work together and the quality of their work environment. As the Director of Content & Design at Abstract, a good portion of her time is spent pondering over her team's creative process and translating that into customer-facing features. Sarah cut her teeth on UX in the deepest fires of Amazon, and went on to build the mobile & chatbot design team at Premera Blue Cross. She crossed into startup land three years ago and hasn't looked back.
