Mindaugas Petrutis

Often mistaken for a designer. Program Director at On Deck. I've been lucky enough to spend the last 7 years of my career immersed in the design community around the world, from starting out as a design recruiter, starting my own recruiting company, trying to build a product, and then joining InVision where I spent 3.5 years on various global design community initiatives. This has led me down a weird and wonderful path to joining On Deck to build this fellowship which combines all my favorite things - design, community, connecting people, and helping others succeed. I'm based in Valencia, Spain with my two rescue dogs, Rina & Mya. When not working I hang out with the dogs and enjoy the sunny weather by cycling, BBQ'ing, drinking iced coffee, and making mojitos.
