Lisa Madokoro

Lisa Madokoro is a global product and research leader who is focused on leveraging research to help shape the future of work. From her previous experience as a product manager and a member of Shopify’s Culture team, she recognized the need to take a human-centered, research-first approach to building and scaling high-performance teams, programs, and products for employees. She founded and is currently the Senior Lead of the Talent Research and Insights team. Her team provides insights into the employee experience across the lifecycle and supports leaders and teams across the organization in designing a workplace that allows employees to do their best work, and feel like they belong. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys mentoring those early in their careers, preparing elaborate travel guides for her friends, and cheering on all her favourite Toronto sports teams.
