Lily Konings

Lily Konings is currently a product designer working on Messenger and Instagram. Prior to Facebook, she was at AngelList where she improved the job searching experience for millions of candidates. Her team led the first of many major redesigns for AngelList, which launched in 2018. Before that, she worked at IBM Watson Health, creating software for patients and hospitals. Her proudest work there was building an AI that detected breast cancer. Outside of work, she writes a [newsletter](https://lilykonings.substack.com/) for young designers to help them grow in their careers. She also recently founded and organized [Lift Her Wealth](https://lift-her-wealth.com/), a conference on financial literacy for 4000+ women.
